Jonathan Fishman — Entrepreneur with Real Estate Background

Accomplished New York business owner and entrepreneur Jonathan Fishman is the co-founder of Bizydev, a business development group that creates high-impact strategies and growth initiatives for clients in industries spanning real estate, entertainment, media, technology, and hospitality. Under Jonathan Fishman’s leadership, Bizydev provides clients access to its extensive network and helps implement innovative techniques to grow revenues and enterprise value.

Before founding Bizydev, Mr. Fishman spent 15 years acquiring and managing more than $1 billion in New York City real estate. An Executive with Weaver Street Partners and Thor Equities for several years, he focused on acquiring value-add multifamily real estate properties. He also spent almost 10 years at Stonehenge Partners, participating in the investment, asset management, and operational processes for the firm’s residential and commercial portfolio. In addition to providing professional insights through articles in REBusiness Online and The Business Journal, he has appeared on various podcasts to discuss real estate topics.

Jonathan Fishman holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
